I'm pretty excited about Gems protocol. The have an impressive team and idea that tries to use the blockchain for real world applications, which always peaks my interest.

Essentially they are aiming to utilize the ETH blockchain to create protocols for contracting workers to perform microtasks, and have a nice video that explains it more clearly.
