Thanks guys for your replies and suggestions. I ended up opening an account with Gatehub, and managed to import my old Ripple wallet there. 
Heres the other exchanges I looked at.
Bitstamp - Takes 2+ weeks to verify account before any trading is possible.
Binance - Closed to new applicants.
HitBTC - Seem shady.
Bittrex - Closed to new applicants.
Bitfinex - Closed to new applicants.

Gatehub trades are a pain, I would not recommend it, I made an account on Binance due to that, if I had known before I would had use something else like Binance from the start.
Also, if you need to sell XRP, I can buy it from you.
