USDE was listed on Yobit in September at 40-60 sat. The fact that this coin was inactive for a very long period of time, it had many bagholders. Also when this bagholders bought it initially in 2015, BTC was worth 600$. When they saw that it was listed, and btc was at 4000$ of course they dumped everything they had.
