its going up right ATM so i suggest you buy it right now, if your not expert on TA you can just read TA's of expert traders in newsbtc or same other credible sites that maintains their reputation that way you can get ideas when to buy or sell your BTC or altcoins, but for now its a good entry point for bitcoin.
