Looks, like it is never broadcasted or is in the middle of it.

You should check multiple block explorers... b.info isn't the ONLY place to look for transactions... "Transaction not found"

Looks like it just hasn't fully propagated... I have the transaction in my node, and the fee isn't terrible, so no idea why it isn't showing on b.info...
Possibly there is a conflicting transaction in the b.info mempool that already spends the UTXO being used... ie. a possible "Double Spend" attempt?Have tried accelerating your transaction, hopefully it'll get a confirmation shortly.
