Why the price movement, isn't this coin pretty much an abandoned project at this point. 
Strong original x11 POW chain.
Dev has maintained website, blockE, and wallets since day one.
Active market trade for years.
Flashy crashy nope.
Just a dead boring quality decentralized product.
