Well, that whitepaper is just a list of options other coins implemented. It does not include anything that they may consider to implement, or worse, what they eventually would understand. It's just a piece of nicely formatted marketing rubbish.

I don't know why people fall for it, but probably none of the lemmings has read it or would understand anything of it. After all it was was "written", or shall we say copied&pasted, by the forum moderators, not a tech savvy person or even a developer. They have none. Hot air, bubbles, clueless but greedy mods and some guy good at graphics.
