Who are these guys behind the team? No information about these devs? That's already A BIG RED NO if I do not know that even. 
The team decided to remain anonymous until they get MSB license in the USA. Since the HAT tokens were airdropped (and there was no ICO), the team isn't required to reveal their identities. If that's a deal breaker for you, then wait for them to reveal their identities and invest then. But until then the price will surely rise significantly.
