Please don't start auction here, just set a resonable price. It's already very stressful process to buy SEM. Ppl post fake numbers/do not answer/refuse to sell/increase the price(vs original post)...
I agree with this. A lot of people state they want to sell, then every day just increase price via pm. If you want to sell, then be prepared to sell now or within 24 hrs.
lol I post that I want to buy or sell and if we agree on the terms you don't have to blink your eyes it will be done that minute if the escrow is available. That's how I operate. I don't know about you guys, how do you do your business.
just open up the price and it would be fine,
there are a lot of fake sellers and buyers.
so it was not surprising to see it by the way.
some people changed their price after the deal and some people did not answer the call after the deal.
