This is misinformation.
There is currently an order to sell 20k zero @33000 sats, but this doesn't mean that someone is dumping.
This could be for example a resistance wall to keep the price down while that someone is buying at lower prices set by bots or low volume traders.
I can't believe that someone would be dumping a day before the so expected update, so allow me to be skeptical.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT COULD BE SOMEONE TRYING TO SCARE PEOPLE TO SELL, IN ORDER TO BUY CHEAP, JUST LIKE YOUR POST LOOKS LIKE IS TRYING TO DO.
Price rising morew than X10 on the peak and many people fix they profit. Its a free market, sell if you want to sell or buy if you want to buy. And hodl if you want to hodl
