It could be. The market is going crazy right now. This is how I made my first 6BTC on Yobit from 10 or 20 Euro's someone did the same with ICASH (now PURA) i got 400000 then it shot up when they got the conins. Not sure this is the same it could be pump/dump just be carefull and know what you are doing so you don't loose your money it's a casino but I like to play poker!
