I am waiting 3 DAYS for DTR deposit... I see threw ETHERSCAN everything went normal... why dont i get my tokens... and there are no answers from the support?!

it's not DTR, another token. however, I successful deposited 6000 of this token at livecoin on dec 15th and all went smoothly. I deposited 40,000 of this token on 30th dec, and here I am... still waiting...
