First we apologize for any inconvenience this time, all this for the good of us all.

We have decided an attitude to defend REGAL and continue to develop REGAL

Although we realize many Regal members are tempted by the rise of ICO offerings in the market, it is a CHALLENGE for us to show that we are the best and we are ready to be re-elected

We will stay on and continue to evaluate and until this RESOLUTION decision is revealed we are ready to return with a new face
