Ofcourse, every individual deserve a fair treatment. Even special children need special education because it is also part of their rights. They deserve to be loves and they deserve to be treated well. Special children are actually smarter than the usual children that we see around. They just need much attention and focus. Governments must value them because they are special and important despite of their condition.
