I haven't, but I've seen several complaints about them and their support like this one here and also on reddit. Looks like it's hard to communicate with them. Try sending a message in their social media  accounts too:

I managed to get in, but not because of their help. They didn´t reply to any of my messages and tickets. Frustrating. Luckily for me, I could recover the 2FA code.
Good for you. I wonder if how long would you wait for their reply if you haven't solve it yourself. Better to not use it anymore (or atleast for now) because if there would be any problem again, the same scenario will happen.
