While many are already aware of DigiByte's many use-cases, I thought I would post a few items for newcomers to the DigiByte Reddit community.

Payment Transaction Processing: As of 2017, DigiByte is able to process 1,020+ Transactions per Second, putting it on equal footing with Ripple, Stellar, etc... meaning that DigiByte is currently capable of being used as a real-time payment currency. As the second major currency to adopt and implement Segwit in early 2017, DigiByte is ready for integration into the Lightning Network, once it becomes available. As a solid contributor to the foundation to the Crypto-Currency community, DigiByte's 4 year birthday is rapidly approaching Jan 10. I am excited for 2018 and I believe that we have an excellent year in front of us.
