*edit: he _will_ get what's coming to him. I'm definitely filing a lawsuit against them when I get back to the U.S. My next thread will be enlisting people to join a class action lawsuit against them. And we will win.
Which state? Did you sign up from your phili or US address?
Maybe this is problem?
(Of course this is not excuse for banning you and taking your funds)

I signed up in the U.S. My passport is for U.S. only and I have no permanent address in the Phils. They released half my money so far, but as I said, only after threatening them with legal action.

Yes that actually may be quite useful.

I bet gleb could trace that rat to his current hiding hole.

Yep you're right. I'm going to attempt to summon him. It turns out other peoples' problems with Polo are much, much bigger than my own.

This shit needs to stop. Gleb is like the Batman of crypto. He (nearly) single-handedly put an end to the scam that Butterfly Labs was running where they would sell mining equipment to the public only after it was outdated and they had been using them for months themselves, claiming it to be the "latest and greatest" in mining technology. They somehow made the poor guy do a YouTube video where he apologized for smearing them online. Then months later BFL was fined out of existence by the Federal Trade Commission. Apparently a lawsuit is still open against the CEO:
