1.What the best Exchange so far in Korean ? if im foreigner . which is im not korean citizen am i allowed to join exchange in korea ?
2. Are Bithump legit or Scam . if im using bank http://www.hanabank.co.id/ or  https://www.shinhan.co.id/ can i withdraw my KRW in that exchange ?
