I should have spent a bit of time learning about these factors before I jumped strait in. I had no idea  that Bitcoins couldnt be reversed or traced - I read an article that claimed that each coin was basically a unique code and was easily identifiable- I presumed it would be easy to get a refund due to this fact. Obviously I misunderstood the article or it was a load of horsesh1t.
