You know that this proves that you scammed him? Even tho he scammed someone before, it still makes you scammer.
It wasn't his in the first place so he coudn't get scammed. EmbroideryMate knew the situation beforehand hence why he was "scammed"

Even tho it wasn't his money, Embroidery scammed guy. Even that guy scammed you.
But if Embroidery returns your bitcoins, im fine with it. But currently situation is, that you got scammed. And the guy who scammed you, got scammed by Embroidery.
Yeah waiting on Embroidery, but doesn't seem like my bitcoin will be returned, which is a shame
