one of the biggest mistakes was to allow btc lending. whales put 100k dollars or more into lending,now they get hundreds of hbc every day and sell them immediately on coinexchange or cryptopia.

But now it doen't matter.
Now developers should clearly follow the plan, and regularly (every day) notify the community through social networks about what was done to inspire people.
