Just to edit, to say that I am kidding, havind look a little into it (I do not hold any unfortunatelly) it does not look like a fraud. What exactly do you mean by fraud? A bad effort or a team that took your money on purpose giving only hype and not substance? How many times this has happened over the 1000+ coins? Genuine question, until now only a few coins in token data have a bad perfomance, but may be due to many amateurs pushing a lot of money.

For this coin I just saw they give regular updates in twitter, and a "cheap web page" does not support your argument. Making a flashy, eye catching web page its cheap this days, and a good strategy if you want to make money and run... Their white paper is 29 pages, but I have not read it, could you elaborate?
