I used just 1 mail with italian IP. Now mail is different and IP is non-italian.
+ italian mod is ready to confirm that the account is stole and that is mine.

Different way is use the registration mail to recover it.

Seems like admin have no interest/time to manage these problems and that's so sad.
The forum has been compromised in the past. Which means it's probably best to assume that if a account has been compromised so as it's email because people have a tendency to use the same password for many different logins.
IPs are trivial very easy to spoof. Your probably right that the admins have little interest with this as they get bombarded by hundreds of messages per week and a lot of them will be about hacked accounts and the majority of them would be with little proof and they have to spend multiple hours a day taking a look at the account. Signing a message makes it easier for them to assure the person requesting access to the account is indeed the owner.
