I think, to be a good leader you need to keep up your confidence level, and assure everyone that setbacks are natural and the important thing is to focus on the larger goal. As the leader, by staying calm and confident, you will help keep the team feeling the same. Remember, your team will take cues from you, so if you exude a level of calm damage control, your team will pick up on that feeling. The key objective is to keep everyone working and moving ahead. You also need to give youre member a good relationship.
For me a good leader must have this attitude being strict he can assure that his/her group will co-operate to him/her.Then understanding a leader must have an understanding mind so that he can listen to the opnions and ideas of his/her group lastly he/she dont quit because a group cannot called a group if their is no leader.
