The first and the consecutive transaction, is it to HitBTC or to OKex? I'm confused.
Anyway, I was able to deposit my WRC to HitBTC on 28th December without any issue. I've never tried withdrawing though.

Transactions to HitBTC worked of course. I wanted to get my WRC coins out of HitBTC to OKEX tonight
I haven't waited for you to get the WRC coins from HitBTC to OKEX, and the price is synchronized. Or the old facts, such as the next exchange to see it, OK can only pull this price, to sell on sale, do not sell and continue to cover. Remember, the official remaining chips are not sold by 1$
