Bitcoin, ethereum are no brainer. They should be included in everyones portfolio.
You can also try nem, it very competitive right now and at top 10 in CMC.
For tokens, I think Gladius will be alright but I am invested in CAPP. CAPP has very good and active developers with good road map. I think, this will sky rocket in few months.
