The problem is, that the transaction can not be found on ie DigiExplorer! So are the 500 DGB lost, or what happened?

If they are not on the explorer they are not lost. They were simply NEVER sent. Who sent them? Poloniex or another exchange? If Poliniex good luck they are not sending DGB txs right now. If another exchange be patient. Sometimes they are painfully slow in broadcasting transactions to the network. A transaction ID is created by the wallet when the transaction is made. It has nothing to do with whether a tx was sent to the network or not.
