I have a Pending Transaction with this "Conflicting Tx: We found 1 transaction with the same nonce from the same account..."

This is withdraw from BitFinex. Pending 3 hours!
Gas Price   108 GWei
Gas Limit   90,000

Conflicting  transaction  already done.
But my is pending!

what should I do?
Waiting or contact with support?
