Hello guys!
I also fell into a trap ... it's been three weeks since I tried to withdraw my 12.7 LTC (with TXID = 2) and after opening a ticket I did not receive any response from the Coinexchange staff.
I read the whole discussion and I see that this situation has been going on for quite some time, on twitter the answer that is given to this kind of problem is "Unfortunately, our support team have 1000’s if tickets to respond to. They will deal with both of yours as soon as possible. " lol like a bot.
now if math is not an opinion if every day have a thousand tickets to answer as it may be possible that there are people waiting for a response from these bastards for weeks?
I have personally seen tweets of people with ticket # 3XXX (where x is a random number, just to indicate the series of tickets, since we are already on # 46XXX / # 47XXX that not only have not received a response from the staff but are also IGNORED .
The truth is that they no longer know how to handle this situation, and at least they have decided to close the recordings (maybe they have enough of our money).
I read that they have tweeted that they have problems with Ethereum and Token ERC-20 annexes, but the truth is that there are problems with withdrawals of Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum and many other crypto, so much to push the teams of some crypto as LIFE to ask to be delisted(and this already says a lot), and others like the Mooncoin team that is trying to see clearly in this situation.
To other users (perhaps too rebels) has been directly BLOCKED ACCOUNT without a specific reason (so they can not withdraw their funds).
I have also noticed that on Twitter the followers are clearly BOUGHT (increase of 50 or 100 sometimes, an exact integer) proof of the fact that they are trying in every way to evade people and to still continue to trust them, that after this terrible experience I would not recommend to anyone.
A last note, their Exchange is full of Bot (I do not know if they or third parties) that manipulate the price as they like (Pump and dump are frequent) and I in a few years of trading experience in Exchange much more serious ( that certainly do not list Ponzicoin, Shitcoin or other fraudulent crypto) I have certainly not seen all these obvious manipulations.
So in Final until they solve the problems of withdrawals of all users (I seriously doubt that they will) a huge scam alert is urgently needed, so that no one can lose more money with them.
ps: if we accumulate testimonials maybe of many other users as we can open a good discussion in the Scam allegations section where we report users (with hand tests like screenshots) to stay away from this race of thieves.
SCAM ALERT do not deposit your crypto on Coinexchange
