Hello, by mistake I gave you to block my account from my email, now it does not let me access, what should I do?, I already send a ticket but they do not answer me 
Had the same thing once. A ticket won't help you, I think when you lock your account this way the support won't unlock it by your request (kind of a safety measure). It will unlock automatically in 24 hours (at least mine did).
