start the season in the best possible way for Rublev (20 years old)!
he is in the final against Kevin Anderson in Doha.
For him it is already best ranking (32th) even losing! If he wins it is 29th.
Considering that many top players are injured or in bad shape, Rublev can easily enter in the top 10 this year.

No no, you are mistaken. Rublev was in final against Monfils in Doha. And he lost.
Anderson was in final of Pune against Simon. And he lost as well Cheesy
I've watched them both play mid last year and they were both playing good at that time.
How times have changed if they are losing now.
Are anybody a sure win now a days?
For bigger tournaments such as the Australian Open starting the next couple of weeks then we can start expecting those players to begin to step up their game.
Atleast I am hoping they will by that time it matters most.
They just don't take this tournaments too serious. They just wanna practise for bigger event such as Australian open.

I also get this impression quite often. The tournaments before a grand slam, many players see it as a practise to get match ritm but don't play 100%. You can also see this phenomenon in many other sports (such as snooker).
Exactly. That's why you shouldn't bet in large money on smaller tournaments. I prefer betting only on Grand slams and sometimes on Masters.

Kyrgios won in Brisbane! it's a good sign for him and I think he can make a great Australian Open.
I am convinced that 2018 may be his year and that he can finally show all his talent.
in addition to Kyrgios in 2018, Rublev and Shapovalov can also be affirmed at great levels.
