I need some urgent help. I have Pac on cryptopia but cryptopia is now giving this message: Market Closing

Does that mean I cant sell my pacs at all ever? Can I transfer my pac to my wallet and send it to a different exchange and try to sell it? I know tradsatoshi sells pac/doge but yobit doesnt have pac/doge. Does it have to pac/doge or can I sell as any after I send my pac to my wallet?
