Well, if you'll read a few last pages of this thread, you'll see that the exchange is not coping well with the increased number of registered users. Might take up to a couple of weeks. When you open a ticket they do warn you: "Expect a delay in us replying to your ticket, at the moment the wait time is around 12 days.", I'll wait until tomorrow, another question, three days ago send a ticket to support with my IDs for validation number 2 but until today they do not respond, what time should I wait
