I lost my sprouts?

1) I buy sprouts at coinexchange and send to my wallet:
2) Have confirmations check the explorer:

3) my wallet it was updated.
4) But, has no coins... But the explorer said the opposite:

What I have to do?!
I Lost my coins?! I it was so excited about the sprout 
EDIT: I sent two days ago, until now nothing.
Use the command repairwallet in the debug window console if it doesetn work remove the wallet.dat from the folder run the client again close the client and replace the wallet.dat again! Be careful and dont mix it up or you coluld loose your coins!My Wallet: Sij7gbn66aVJYcYk25v8ffsCbS1oWePaoi
