It will take a while and there will need to be more hype again, but it is entirely possible to see the entire market start to pick up sooner rather than later, assuming there is enthusiasm from the community and everyone is excited to get involved again. It's probably going to take a decent period of time since we are not on a bull run and there is a need for some real hype for the market to crawl up another $4k. It's not impossible to have it within the month, but it is significantly unlikely right now.
