Everyone has been expecting bitcoin to see it @ $20,000 at this first quarter of the year and base on what we can see, the price is moving quite slow at the very beginning of this year and after the news that Thiel bought a lot of bitcoins then it boosted the price.

And as of now, the price went back $15,800 and moved forward at $16,000 so there's a thousand difference already after a couple of days.

If bitcoin will bounce back with the same amount, so we can see $20,000 in a couple of weeks but still bitcoin's movement is unpredictable.
