I guess, gambling is not actually for me.
I think you may be right already by acknowledging that gambling perhaps isn't for you, fair to say its not for everyone. I won't simply say stop gambling because i find that is easier said than done. I think you should definitely think about why you gamble and what attracts you to it. Do you gamble when happy, sad, bored etc. Think also of it as, you keep losing all your money one gambling.
Its a good step you've taken by seeking advice and help, while you're making your considerations, it's a good idea to step back and take a break. Gambling can be an enjoyable past time but if there is no discipline, equally there would be no limit to the damage a gambling addiction can cause in one's life.
Really a good step and not everyone usually have that strength to be able to control the impulse, tell themselves the truth and get going with their lives rather than trying to recover losses or trying to find a way to use the gambling means to increase what they have. There are so many things that can be done which can effectively give someone better returns, gambling of course is not one of them.
