i read that etherdelta changed his rules and it is going to be difficult for the new projects to be listed there. why don't we build a new decentralized exchange? is it difficult?

Its an enormous project to take on, maybe somebody can/will start up a sphere for that.

ok im understand, it s too big. But what about an ico rating sphere? we could set up an ico weekly community vote and a telegram bot only for MVT token holders. something like cindicator for to begin.. is it a stupid idea?

That could be usefull, if you feel like organizing it please go ahead and create the sphere.
