The fee was 0.005 a couple of days ago which is ridiculous, I still have a pending deposit from Hitbtc to EUR account for a couple of days already and there's still nothing. I guess we will have to wait for a new issuer and there is nothing we can do now, it may take months. Hello,
We calculate the fee based on the average fee of the network. We might set it higher to ensure the funds reach the destination without being stuck unconfirmed for days. I understand it is expensive these days
But we can speed up the transactions only by increasing the fee. If you disagree with the fee, it is possible to wait until the network is stable again and the traditional 0.0005 BTC fee is back.
