At this point of time, the entire crypto market doesn't relies on fundamentals anymore. Any technicalities is almost practically useless as well. It's heavily manipulated by whales and if it's always dump at $19 means the big whales set the wall on the chart to be $19 so that they can claim profit at that point of time.
Exactly well said -- this is one of the few Crypto projects i've seen that is ahead if its competitors in every-way and has real world application use. So it's a no brainer to buy and hold. If you are a great trader and can guess when it does a pull back you can trade it or risk missing the boat. This one is heavily undervalued by crypto or stock market terms of valuations.
