Thanks, I downloaded the latest version of EWBF (0.3.4b) and ran with the '--fee 0' option, I assume this is equivalent to '--nofee'?
I'm mining using an Nvidia GPU and it seems Equihash based coins are consistently the #1 or #2 most profitable. I'd like to mine Equihash using Algo switch mining (port 17XXX) but I'm not thrilled about these closed source Equihash miners. Is everyone using EWBF/Claymore/DSTM? Is there really no good open source option that I could use for Equihash mining with the auto Equihash algo switch mining feature?

You can use the algo switch with either EWBF/DSTM/Claymore, no need to install anything else. just point the miner at --port 17023 and configure the worker in the Hub workers.
Set default account job to Equihash under Algo Auto switch, then add miner and set to default account job. Or just set the miner to equihash Algo Auto switch.
MPH will then switch your miner automatically to the most profitable Equihash coin.
