Big price spike at hitbtc
IGNIS trading at 16 dollars.

It doesn't mean anything.
I am really surprised who are these guys purchasing Ignis at that price.
There was quite a volume spike, so it looked legit.
I think newegggo is right, that doesn't mean anything. I think somebody just manipulating the price, maybe one guy is selling/buying his own stock.
That can't be true.
But I would like to be wrong
I have seen this before, can anybody that wants to buy those $18 INGIS @ https://hitbtc.com/exchange/IGNIS-to-ETH I might have to give it a try unless someone here has some ETH on that exchange and wants to settle my question.
