Does anyone know why Coinexchange is not updated with the new info? Sprouts+?

Sprouts+ is a complete different coin than Sprouts; not affiliated with the current Sprouts.
Sprouts+ will be added to the exchanges after the swap period (allowing people to swap their Sprouts for the far more advanced Sprouts+).
So it is still not available for exchanges? And when will the website and listing in exchanges be available?
