A lot of wallets are false flagged for viruses, it should be ok.

I think it's not a false positive, keylogger inside.  Shocked

At 1st time my nod32 detected virus too and kill madcoin.exe. so I was download another link wallet - then check by av  - no problem.
edited: today nod32 report madcoin.exe again
