It would be crazy to focus on only one country.Basicly suicide.

I believe beta should be one country only, then expand.
Why Estonia tho? I thought dev team was Lithuanian?

U mean because challenges should be more regional based?

I believe there will be 2 types of challenges
1) Small ones amongst friends
2) Big ones for big causes (maybe charity, awareness, etc...)

To this i would add professional ones, as in promotion and marketing
