A 10% fee for the pool seems a bit too much.
We figured that it were necessary, as we do need a source of income once we launch the crowdfunding platform, with the monthly costs to run it and the lack of fees. The number may change if deemed necessary though.
It's too high dude. Your 5% pre-mine is also in part to help support you isnt it?
The main issue is miners will leave your pool as soon as another pool launches, so you wont get any income at all.
Maybe do like 3%. I would support a dev at 3% fee. At 10%, im gone as soon as there's an alternative.
