what if i send transaction with high fee (185 sat/b) and said in electrum its unconfirmed parent and the parent transaction has low fee (80 sat/b) .

185 sat/B is currently a low fee, not a high fee.
80 sat/B is considered a very low fee.
You can look at https://estimatefee.com/ or https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ for an estimation of a fee.

Will  the high fee transaction get stuck until the low fee transaction confirmed ?? Huh Huh

Yes, the parent transaction has to be confirmed before your child transaction can be confirmed (Both being confirmed in the same block does work too).
Basically there are 3 possibilities:

1. A miner confirms your parent TX, without confirming your child TX (In this case your child TX should get confirmed within the next blocks)
2. A miner confirms both of your transaction into the same block
3. Both won't get confirmed at may get dropped from the network.
