One, thats not 120% of what youre asking. 2, That is pretty much useless because ripple forces you to keep 20 XRP on an address (meaning you can withdrawal all but 20 XRP. IMO pretty sketchy). So technically you havent offered any form of valid collateral, since you cannot transfer 20 XRP anywhere.
