Upon checking your all bitcointalk post it looks like you didn't do anything to get negative trust rating for that person who scammed you.
Why not open a thread about that scam cases? So that those scammer will not do it again.
Simple, because this user is knows as a scammer and load of people tell it but this account never get banned.
I have found a way to do it that's why I share this service for cheap.
I don't get it! Why would someone pay for something that dozens of peopleare offering on this forum alone for free? Used a free acceleration service and it worked just fine.
Simple too, most of "FREE Accelerator" didn't works. They tell you they're accelerated, but they're not it's just to attract clients with bump.
