GEO markets are currently available on Bittrex, Cryptopia and YoBit, we have been on these exchanges for multiple years now so I'm not sure what you're refering to them being down. If you dislike these exchanges, feel free to transfer your balance out of their exchanges into the GEO desktop wallet available here:
